problem with calendar not moving on by a week

Hi i have downloaded some code that has been provided by telrick from the code library that enabled me to view the calendar in a week view the problem is that it is now stuck on week 23 and wont move forward i need this to be dynamic so that it moves forward per week is there anything i can do to change it

Ignore please ive fixed the issue was passing the wrong date
