[Solved] problem in show expand icon and delete/refresh icon

hi
when i use telerik rad grid with  Master/Detail table, some time i can`t see Expand icon. 
some time don`t show Add/Refresh icon in bottom of grid ... ! 

please help me :( !

This behavior is really odd. So can you provide some code snippets of your page and code-behind logic?
