Problem in finding rad grid in webmethod

Hi!!
Am calling the webmethod from the javascript and in the webmethod am trying to find the radgrid. But i can't able to find the rad grid,please any one tell me any solutions for this problem.

Hello,

WebMethod is must be an static method.

We are not able to call Non static class/method in Static Method that's why We are not able to access TextBox,Button in WebMethod.

It is the functionality from .net.
