Hi,
we are using the org chart in our projects and they render great on screen.
However, when you click on print - they loose all their formatting and connecting lines etc.
Is there some way that we can configure the controls so that they print better?

Could you please elaborate a bit more on your scenario? What approach and functionality do you use for exporting the RadOrgChart? Do you use the ClientExportManager? If so, please demonstrate how exactly do you implement this at your end, so we could replicate the problem locally and suggest you to proper approach.
