[Solved] prepare schedule for number of employees

hi..this is rajinder..i am prepapring a roster for employees of a cleaning company by using schedular tool..but it is ok to prepare a schedule for an employee and save it into the database with its employee id..but  confused how to prepare the schedule for other employee for same day same time working on any other site..because when i run the apllication the schedule already displaying the schedule of first employee..
what i want actually is to allow admin to prepare the schedule and save in to database along with employee id..and when an employee login in to system..just enter login id and click view roster..then schedular display the roster of that employee according to given employee id..
can anyone please help me to sort out this..i am just stuck into this..thanx

Hi Rajinder,

You can use associate each appointment  with an employee using Resources and show only appointments that have a specific Resource (the currently logged employee) when not logged as an admin. Please refer to this example.
