Hi Majid,
I followed your steps in order to replicate the problem but to no avail. Please check the attaches screenshots for reference.
However, could you please specify how are you opening the filter menu, by clicking in the filter icon or else way?
All the best,

However, could you please specify how are you opening the filter menu, by clicking in the filter icon or else way?
answer : by clicking in the filter icon
let me tell you what is the problem //
1-i build app_theme folder in my project and add a css file in it (into mytheme folder)...

Hello Majid,
I followed your steps, however I am afraid I am still unable to replicate the unexpected behavior of the grid filtering menu. Would it be convenient for you to prepare a sample project illustrating your scenario and set up and send it back for further debugging and investigation? Thus we could do our best in order to provide a proper resolution for you. Note that you might need to open a formal support ticket where you are allowed to attach files.
Looking forward your reply,

hello my dear friend
i Built A Project (RadControlsWithCsharpwebapp) for your test and i found what is the problem
attention : when you have many Columns In Your radGrid This Problem Appears...in this way when u browse your page in a explorer so the horizontal scoll bar appears at the bottom of your browser
see my project and u will see that and test both mycontents in ie 8 and firefox (see their filter's drop down)
god bless you
best regards
my project is here :

Hi Majid,
Thank you for the sample project.
I tested it and was able to replicate the problem in IE8 only, in firefox the filtering menu was displayed properly. However, I observered that the project is using Telerik.Web.UI with version labeled 2008.2.826.
Testing it with the latest versio, labeled 2009.3.1314, the filtering menu displays property in IE8 and firefox. I assume that there was asome issue in the older version that is already solved. Therefore I suggest that you update to it and see if it works for you.
