[Solved] Popup Edit Form in Grid

I use Popup Edit Form to add new and update existing record in grid. Whe I add new records the Popup form works fine, when I want to edit existing record the popup form shows up, but I cannot type in its controls.

Any suggestions?

P.S. it is only happens at IE.

Hello Yana,

This behavior is not expected. Could you provide your aspx and code-behind or at best open up a formal support ticket and send us a working test project so that we can observe the issue on our side. In addition, please, make sure that you are using the latest version of the controls.
