since your controls are build upon ajax extension which can work only if installed in the GAC they do not support most of share hosting provders out there
are there any plans to fix that issue?

Hello,
Yes, ASP.NET AJAX Extensions need to be in the GAC and shared hosting providers should have them installed (most of the shared hosting providers already have them). With the release of ASP.NET 3.5 AJAX extensions will be part of the framework and they will not need a separate install.
RadControls themselves do not require a GAC install and there is not much we can do about the ASP.NET AJAX Extensions GAC install requirement.
