Is it possible to create a Pivot Grid with datafield name as row field.
The data source and the final report format is given below just as an example.

I'm afraid RadPivotGrid will not be able to generate the desired structure from the datasource shown on the screenshot. It seems to me that this demo will be more suitable for your scenario:
