I have a RadGrid inside a usercontrol inside a usercontrol inside the pageview of a RadTabStrip. The InitInsert Command is firing, the cancel command is firing, but the PerformInsert command never fires. What could possibly cause this?

Thank you for opening a formal support ticket. We will check it out and turn back to you with our findings.
However, I need to mention that the most possible reason for the Insert button not to perform postback is if on the page there are validators which are fired by the Insert button. A possible approach for overcoming this is to use validation groups.
