PDFViewer Supports Editable Forms and Form Filling?

I am using a RadPdfViewer control and i have a PDF with forms fiels but, when render the pdf file, Form fields don't appear.

We have been notified about a similar issue lately, the fix for which is available in the following feedback item:

Can you add the following script tag:

 <script type="text/javascript" src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/pdf.js/2.2.2/pdf.worker.js"></script>

just below this one:

 <script type="text/javascript" src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/pdf.js/2.2.2/pdf.js"></script>

and see if the issue persists?
