I'm using a Panelbar with a sitemap datasource. How do I configure items in the sitemap to only expand the items underneath it and not navigate to a url?

Hi Eric,

You can either set the url of the needed item to an empty string (i.e. <siteMapNode url="" title="Root Item" description="" />) or use the approach from this KB article.

Hi Paul,

keeping the URL blank doesn't work if Security Trimming is enabled.
The linked sample is also not really a solution - I want to have NO url so the user can click on the whole "bar" to
expand collapse it.

Any other suggestions?

Manfred

Hi ManniAT,

Frankly, we don't think the problem is related to RadPanelbar control. We made a quick search on Google and found some related posts that might help you solve your issue.
