PanelBar remember the expanded item

I am building RadPanelBar (Dynamic) in Page Load event of an user control. The User control I am using in other aspx web pages.
So, on web page refresh the control is getting re-loaded and radpanelbar is collapsing all items.

how to keep the same radpanelitem expaned, which was open before page refresh?

Try setting PersistStateInCookie="true" for RadPanelbar and see whether it helps. Checkout the online demo.
