Please, take a look at our online demos which show the possibilities of the sliding panes of RadSplitter. Depending on your particular requirements it may or it may not be possible to achieve it using RadSplitter instead of RadPanelBar but you need to decide this yourself knowing your exact project requirements. RadPanelBar will become part of the Prometheus suite but you are right that currently it is not present there. Let us know if we can do anything else to assist you in your work with our controls.
