Hi,
I was looking at the latest panelbar control, and I am interested in its Outlook style naviagtion.
There seem to be a couple of key features missing though that would make it a complete encapsulation of this functionality:
The panel minimize button
(this is even present on the Outlook style navigation demo, but it does nothing when clicked). This would minimize the panel bar, and also provide the following functionality:
1) when the minimized strip is clicked (in outlook, this is named "Navigation Pane"), it would pop-out what would be displayed by the selected panel if it wasn't minimized.
2) when the panelbuttons themselves are clicked, because the associated panels are not visible, the "default" selection in the panels is automatically selected
Draggable Panel Splitter
This allows the bar between the panel buttons on the panels to be dragged up & down, showing and hiding more of less of the panels - the panels that get hidden actually have their icons moved to a "blank" panel at the bottom of the panel bar. Clicking on these buttons performs exactly the same function as selecting them if they were separate panels.
I hope these descriptions are clear - I'm sure you know what I mean though - you seem to be very familar with the way that Outlook's navigation behaves!
Are there any plans to include this kind of functionality into the panelbar control?
Regards

Hello Robin,
Thanks for the suggestions.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a working example for the moment. Still, such an example is in our ToDo list and we'll notify you once it is ready.

I am also in need of this type of functionality. How are you coming along with the demo?

Thanks, yes, that is what I'm looking for. I'm not sure how I missed that.
