Hello, Oliver.
The RadOrgChart shows strictly hierarchical chart e.g. tree based (one root, many nodes).
What you have shown on the picture is a graph chart / graph diagram e.g. no specific root, interconnected and can not be done with RadOrgChart.
As of now the RadControls for ASP.NET Ajax suite does not offer a solution for this question, but such solution is available in the RadControls for Silverlight / WPF.
