For the time being, the OrgChart control is available only in the Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX suite.
The alternative for the ASP.NET MVC and JavaScript is Kendo Diagram widget/MVC wrapper: http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-mvc/diagram/index.
