If the Org Chart has 1 root item, drag and drop works fine (See TelerikOrgChartDragWorking.png).
But, if there are 2 root items, then drag and drop does not work (See OrgChartDragNotWorking.png), it won't even let me start dragging.
Any way to fix this?

Generally, the OrgChart supports only a single root node. Would you please share a simplified example as an attachment in an official support thread so that we can investigate further?
Meanwhile, please check if there are any JavaScript errors in the browser console that prevent the proper behavior of the control.
Once we have a resolution in the support thread, we can share the answer here for convenience and better visibility from the community.
