Hello Rajeev,
It seems that you do not have appropriate references to the OpenAccess ORM and RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX dlls in your application. I suggest you follow the steps from the resources below to address the errors you get:
http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/introduction-adding-to-app-with-vs.html
http://www.telerik.com/help/openaccess-orm/deploying-openaccess-operations-and-versioning.html
Best regards,
Sebastian

Hello,
Well, I ended up adding all the references I could think of, but no luck.
The link in Sebastian's reply is broken (first one)
I have a .net 4 web app. I added OpenAccess, OpenAccess.35.exten, OpenAccess.40.exten, OpenAccess.config, OpenAccess.Intellitrace, OpenAccess.Runtime, OpenAccess.SDK.Design, OpenAccess.Windows
No luck. I've been trying to use the control for 2 years now and I have never been able to use it. Smart tag always wants me to compile, now this. Is it even a real control? :-)

Hi Erik,
I fixed the link to the help article in my post.
In case you experience issues with the Open Access ORM configuration and dlls references, please submit a separate post under the Telerik OpenAccess ORM forum and my colleagues will help you out.
Kind regards,
Sebastian
the Telerik team
