I am using RacloolPicker like http://www.telerik.com/DEMOS/ASPNET/Prometheus/ColorPicker/Examples/Default/DefaultCS.aspx
its working as in link.
but if I put this ColorPicker inside "RadAjaxPanel" its not working means when I click on down arrow in RadColor picker its not open colors.

Hello Reetesh,
We could not reproduce the problem on our end. Can we first ask you why you would need Ajax in this scenario? Note that the colorpicker is doing its thing on the client and is not doing any server side requests - therefore there is nothing to handle by our ajax controls.
