not able to view the RAD editor tabs in the publish mode of the page

Hi,
I am not able to view the RAD editor tabs in the publish mode of the page. when the page is in the edit mode all the tabs are in viewing mode,
it is not like edit mode of the page. please help me. i struk up with this.

Hello suji,

I am not quite sure what the problem is, however for a webpart to be editable, you need to click on the arrow in the right side of the webpart and choose the "modify shared web part" option from the dropdown (screenshot is attached). Do you see the editor after that?
