No CSS load in editor dialog managers (Q3 2012)

Opening any manager (Picture Manages, Links Manages...) cause no any skin CSS applied to dialog's content.
Q2 2012 SP2 (and earlier) - OK;
Q3 2012 - wrong (see screenshot);
Note that project uses Routes.

Could you please send a simple demo project where the problem is reproducible? I need it in order to debug the issue and guide you through fixing it are your end.

One more thing. Confirm that you are no using the editor in SharePoint.

Hi,

I am facing the same issue.

We use the RadEditor (Replaces the default Rich Html editor with RadEditor)  in SharePoint.
It works using eval copy, but not the licensed copy (Telerik_AJAX_Controls_2012_3_1205_for_SharePoint_2010_dev).

Is there any updates on this?

It would be hard to help you without providing the requested sample project.

Do you experience this problem in Internet Explorer only or in other browsers?
