Nested Grid ServerSide read value

I am looking for a way so I can read all the selected value at server side!

Hello,

I suppose you want to access the selected items value. Here is the sample code.
C#:

protected void RadGrid2_SelectedIndexChanged(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
   foreach (GridDataItem item in RadGrid2.SelectedItems)
   {
      if (item.OwnerTableView.Name == "Master")
      {
          string value = item["UniqueName"].Text;
      }
     if (item.OwnerTableView.Name == "DetailTable1")
     {
       string value = item["UniqueName"].Text;
     }
  }
}
