[Solved] need tutorial on themes and skins

My company has an application that uses the RAD controls.  Our default theme is "Web BLue".  However, I would like to know how to create a new theme.  I am also not very clear on the differences between themes and skins.

So, can anyone direct me to documentation or tutorial on how to create a theme and/or a skin?
