Hi rahul,
Since version 2010.1.415 RecurrenceEditor is separated in new control for easier advanced form customization. I created a sample project to show you how to open RecurrenceEditor on button click and also print the RecurrenceRule on click of another button.
Please find the full code in the attached file and let me know if you have some questions.
