You can consider using the new Client Side binding capability of RadScheduler demonstrated in the following demos:

http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/scheduler/examples/wcf/defaultcs.aspx

Alternatively, you can use RadAjaxManager along with RadScheduler as shown in most of the RadScheduler demos. For example:
