Hello,
I have more of a general question as opposed to a specific concern regarding my source code. I've worked on a few pages for my current company which have been exhibiting some strange behavior. First was a JSON primitive error, next was that a radio button change event wouldn't fire until the third change. Like I said, the issues were very strange.
The things in common between the issues I've been troubleshooting is that we have multiple controls on a single page that make ajax calls. Moreover, we had multiple controls using the same loading panel. (Some controls had their own ajax panel, each of those panels called on the same loading panel.) When I removed the loading panels on both occasions, the issues went away. This leads me to think that the ajaxloadingpanel was never set up to be used by multiple controls on the same page (one of my pages had two grids and each grid had its own loading panel covering it on a call back to the server). I'm guessing that this probably has something to do with the development of Telerik's ajax manager.
In general, were the loading panels designed to be used individually by multiple controls on the same page? Could someone shed any other light on this?
I'm not requesting a fix because for now, the removal of these loading panels is acceptable, but I was just wondering.
