Multi checker component as per this https://www.telerik.com/kendo-angular-ui/components/grid/filtering/reusable-filter/ is not working as expected. The element is not getting selected if the list of items are more but on selecting again its getting checked. Can you please check and let us know how to solve this

Hi Abhilash,

Indeed I am not sure that I understand the issue correctly based on the provided details.

I tested the example from our documentation but everything is working as expected on my side.

Please could you provide some further information and details about the experienced issue, like code snippets, a list of steps to follow, or a Stackblitz demo that reproduces the undesired behavior? This will help me to debug the code and I will be able to provide further feedback. Thank you in advance. I am looking forward to your reply.

Regards,
Valentin

This issue is happening when we use column Menu/Grid filters along with Multi checker component and only if the data is huge (example: 100+ Records). When we click exactly on check box provided -> option selection is happening as shown in above snapshot, but checkmark is not visible. Also, we can observe scroll-X for filter options on step down after checking.

Please let me know if you need more details

Hi Abhilash,

Thank you for the provided information.

The undesired behavior may be caused by an outdated version of the Grid component and Kendo Themes. Please update them and try to reproduce the issue:

https://www.telerik.com/kendo-angular-ui/components/installation/up-to-date/

I tested the Multi-Checkbox Menu Filtering example from our documentation with large numbers of data and everything seems to work as expected:

https://stackblitz.com/edit/angular-l7ws3e?file=app%2Fapp.component.ts

In case the issue persists could you replicate it in an example and send it back. Thank you. You can use the provided StackBlitz example as a base. Feel free to fork and update it. That will help me to provide a more specific solution to this case.

Regards,
Martin
