Hi Srinivas,
What do you mean by using RadEditor for MOSS as default editor for the WSS site?
You can use the RadEditor Web Part as well as use RadEditor in List Items. The following two articles provide guidance how to:
Using the RadEditor WebPart,
Using RadEditor in List Items.
Please, note that RadEditor cannot be used as a Content field in Web Content Management scenarios in WSS v3.
Best regards,

Hi Mattias,
As I wrote in my previous message you can find and read the installation instructions in the following help article: Using the RadEditor WebPart.
Please, note that the deployment process will not automatically replace existing Web Parts with the new RadEditor Web Part. Since there is no supported way of performing this replacement you should migrate your existing rich-text editor Web Parts manually, e.g.

In existing SharePoint 2007 applications you need to manually migrate the content of the default rich-text editor Web Part to Telerik RadEditor Web Part. Unfortunately, there is no supported way of doing that automatically.
For each page where you have a rich-text editor Web Part you have to perform the following:
- Open the page for editing
- Copy the content of a given rich-text editor Web Part
- Delete this rich-text editor Web Part
- Place a RadEditor Web Part on its place (as described in Using the RadEditor WebPart)
- Paste to copied content inside the RadEditor Web Pard and save it
- Repeat steps b-e for all rich-text editor Web Parts on the page
