Hi.

I am having some problems with using mootools (latest version) with the latest version of Telerik Controls. We develop a purely web based application for tour operators, and mootools has been giving us a lot of errors lately.

I was just wondering if someone is having issues as well, and if someone from Telerik could jump in on the discussion and recommend either MooTools or jQuery for my application.

Hello, not Telerik here. Anyway, I've been using jQuery and telerik controls successfully in some web apps.

It seems that jQuery is fast becoming standard javascript framework for AJAX. Also, jQuery is included in telerik script resources, here is more info: http://blogs.telerik.com/atanaskorchev/posts/08-11-06/asp_net_ajax_controls_and_jquery.aspx

Good luck.

Hi Arni,

We have more experience with jQuery and have done a lot of integration already. We usually recommend and feel more comfortable with jQuery (jQuery is now included in Telerik scripts as well) but we will also help you with any MooTools integration if you choose to use MooTools. Let us know of any specific problems you have faced and we will look into them.

All the best,
Ivo
