I have upgraded to Q2 2009 on a new project. One of my pages has a link which opens a rad window using window.radopen. I am having no problems in Firefox 3, however, one of my users is experiencing the following:
When he clicks on the link, nothing happens. I had him check the Error console and it was blank. So, apparently on his machine, there is some sort of setting that is preventing Rad Window from working in conjunction with Firefox. His version is FF 3.0.11 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729). I have this very same version of FF and everything works fine. Has anyone experienced something like this and do you know what might be going on?

Hello Albert,
A possible reason for that issue could be the fact that the JavaScript is disabled on the client's browser. Please note that our controls require the JavaScript to be enabled on the client's browser (it is enabled by default). Could you please check the above mentioned on the problematic machine? Also you could test the same page under different browsers on the same machine in order to isolate the problem.
