We have some odd behaviour that I am hoping is an easy mistake to fix.
RadControls for MOSS installed and the web part added to a page works fine.
In a second MOSS web app, web.config updated (and double checked), web part added to page ok but on this page the toolbar does not appear when the text control has focus.
What could cause it to work fine in one web app and not in another besides the web.config?

Hello Shaun,
Could you please give us some more information? What version of RadEditor for MOSS and .Net Framework are you using?
Please send us the content of the respective configuration files: ToolsFile.xml, ConfigFile.xml.
A couple of screen shots will be helpful as well.
