I tried latest version for radeditor with Metro Touch skin and it doesn't look right on both IE 9 and Firefox 14.
I attached screen shot, please let me know how to fix it.

Hello,
The skin used in your screenshot is actually not MetroTouch but Sunset. You can test the skins in the live demos of RadEditor.
The appearance problem shown in the screenshot is most likely due to global CSS classes in your page with RadEditor that is applying padding/margin to the toolbar tools. My suggestion is to inspect the tools with IE developer toolbar or Firebug and find the problematic global CSS classes and rewrite them.
