Merging Headers in RadGrid

I  have a requirement of merging the headers in the RadGrid as attached in the diagram. Please provide a solution if any one has achieved this type of requirement with RadGrid.

I am using Rad Grid control in my page. In the grid I used tables inside the headers now I wanted to merge two header columns to segregate the items, We are facing some problems to merge the columns so requesting you to look into this.
