Hi Rich,
RadEditor is an XHTML editor and it will be a hard task to provide support for MediaWiki usage, because this software uses special tags not supported by the HTML / XHTML specification. In addition, if we provide the ability for the editor to read and write such a custom markup, side effects could popup and break the existing built-in editor's functionality.
