Hi trunghieu,
In the demo that you refer we use a sprite image to get the transparency effect. You can read more about sprites here. However, there is also another way to achieve transparency using css3 and applying the opacity property as described here.

Hi trunghieu,
You can simply get the image by right clicking on it and select View Background Image (using Firefox). When a new tab opens, right click on the image again and choose Save Image As... for your convenience I also attached the image here.
