Hi

I have a page A and B. Both pages are internal MOSS pages. Page A links to page B and the link is created using the MOSSLinkManager button. Page B is the moved to another page list on the MOSS. The result is that I end up with a broken link from page A to page B. Shouldn't the link be corrected automatically? I belive this is standard behaviour with the build-in Sharepoint editor.

I'm using the RAD Editor for SharePoint (v5.2.0.0).

Hello Joachim,

In order to help you further we will need some additional information. Could you please tell us in what scenario you are using the control? Is it web part, WCM or list?

Thank you.

Best wishes,

Hi,

I'm using the control on a page that is based on a content type that again contains a field of the type "Multiple line".

Hi Joachim,

I tested the functionality that you describe with the OOB Defaoult MOSS editor in list scenario with a column, which is defined as Multiple lines of text (), but I was not able to achieve it. Please provide us with a step by step scenario of how when using the OOB Editor in multiple line column you are able to achieve the correction of the link.

In addition you should know that in WCM and List (list, wiki, blog...) scenario RadEditor is replacing only visually the default editor and it is not responsible for storing the information in the database. So there should be no difference in the behavior of the content in these scenarios.

Kind regards,

Hi,

We have discovered that the problem originated in using a fieldtype that proberly is unsupported regarding corrections of URL. I believe you can close the thread. Thanks for the help.
