Line and Point on one Series

I have a line chart that has one Series of data.
Is there a way to add points to the line?
or taking it from a differant way....is there a way to add a connecting line to a Point chart?

You could do it in a similar fashion to what is done in this demo. Basically what you do is define a line series, and then define point marks - this should allow you to have points on the graphed line.
