Limit lines characteres

I'm using radeditor 2015
How can i limit the lines to 70 chars , split lines after the 70 chars, without cutting the word.

Thanks for responding.
I need to save a clean text in db, without html.
Have to save lines limited in 70 chars (to use in letters). Tried to substring the text, but it cut the last words un lines.
What u adviced me to do is limit the whole text, this is not what i need.

Hello,

RadEditor is a rich text editor but not a textbox for plain text editor. As such it allows HTML tags and formatting inside its content area.

If you want to obtain the content as plain text you can do it via:

• the Text server property - https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/aspnet-ajax/controls/editor/accessibility-and-internationalization/localization/text-property
• or the get_text() client side method -  https://www.telerik.com/forums/charector-limit-in-rad-editor#ommxkH-VxEyG4QLNfkrAuA.
• You may be also interested in the MaxTextLength property which restricts only the text length of the content without checking the HTML markup: https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/aspnet-ajax/controls/editor/managing-content/max-content-length-
