We are using Telerik Licensed version 2010.3.1228.40, So I want to confirm whether Silverlight is inbuild with this version ..???
If yes how can i start using it ..???

Hello Sudhakar,
If you want to build a Silverlight application the you have to use the RadControls for Silverlight. Here is a link to the online documentation where you can find some useful articles that will help you to start using the controls. There is also a nice blog post about how to Jump-start using Telerik RadControls.
