Keeping Filters

Is there a way to keep the grid filtered if you leave a page, and click the back button or go back to the page with the grid to keep the filter you had on the grid?

The users are navigating away from this page with the grid by a  telerik:GridHyperLinkColumn.  Is there a way to save the filter without a save button?

Method 1:
Please use asp:LinkButton for that and on click of link button first save grid persisting setting and then redirect any other page.
