Hi, additional informations...

Text don´t stay vertically centralized:

I´m using RadToolBarButton and in a button I have ItemTemplate with RadMenu, only in this button the text don´t stay vertically centralized, please, see attached image.

About the selected item:
I would like the menu item after clicking (to go to another page) remain selected, to demonstrate in what menu option I am.
