Sometime mysite is work fine and sometime i have met an error like this "Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: 'RegEx' Key being added: 'RegEx'"
Can you explain to me why i make an that error?

Can you send us some sample code from your RadGrid, sharing some more info on the RadGrid setup in your scenario. The exception you are getting is thrown when a duplicate key is added to a Dictionary collection.
