Hi Rathan,
Can you provide some more details on your scenario - for instance can you replicate the same issue when you use our on-line demos and what is the version of the Telerik controls that you use? If you could provide some code that I can test locally would be very useful.

There is same problem for me with RadTabStrip and RadMultiPage in IE8.
* This problem is only in IE8, works perfectly in Firefox and other IEs
Problem Details:-
There is an user control in .aspx page. A RadTabStrip and RadMultiPage with 3 tabs and pageviews mapped respectively there in user control .
When page loads it displays all pageviews in first tab. After switching to next tab it displays pageview of it along with other following tabs except of previous tab. Clicking on last tab all page view arranged accordingly and it works perfectly.

We tried to reproduce the problem locally, but without much success. Please find attached our test files.
Do they work at your side?
If yes - could you please modify them so we can see the problem locally?
