I tested the issue that you describe but I was not able to get the issue that you describe. Here is a short video demonstrating the look that I get. Please refer to it and let me know if I am missing something in your scenario.

Hi Kate,
I have it working the same as you show in that video but my issue is on the advanced input form it only shows business hours.
