You can set the MinutesPerRow property or RadScheduler to the desired value so that even the small appointments can be easily updated in Day and WeekView.

Hi Plamen,
If set proper value for MinutesPerRow, it will make the row height bigger. We don't want to display like this. Could we implement like in Outlook?

In this case in RadScheduler you can use Exact Time Rendering functionality to make the appointments take the space depending on their length.
