I have gone through all these links many times still i found it complicated because one demo consist of more controls
any simple site expected.

Unfortunately the Courseware (that is our step-by-step tutorial) is the simplest one where you can find information for most of the controls that you can use. Also in the online documentation you can find both simple and more complex examples of how to use the Telerik controls.
