The idea for such a toggle button is in our ToDo list for Q1 2015. In the meantime, you can use the solution provided in this feedback item: Switch Button as well as vote for its implementation.

Hi Rumen,
I tried the code in the article you mentioned but it doesn't display properly. I used Metro them and edited accordingly but it just shows two images next to each other and swaps them when each radio button is clicked.
Is this the only way to achieve an iPhone styled on/off?

The provided example is just for illustration purposes - how to override RadFormDecorator radio button sprite images in order to simulate a switch button. You can, however, share you ideas about the feature in the public feedback item, provided by my colleague.
