On an iPhone or even if I just resize Firefox to have a very narrow window, menu that are supposed to expand to the right are instead expanding to the left and going off of the screen. I have set DefaultGroupSettings-ExpandDirection="Right" but that does not seem to make any difference. Is there a way to fix this?

You can set the EnableScreenBoundaryDetection property to false.
