When I installed the old offline package (TelerikUIForWinFormsSetup.exe), it showed "Internet Connective Failure" error. Please check the attached screenshot. Would you please help me? Thanks.

Hi Steven,
I am sorry to hear about the difficulties you faced installing our product.
Have in mind that the web installer's (the TelerikUIForWinFormsSetup.exe package) purpose is to install an initial trial version of a product and it has limited use beyond that. That said I would recommend using the Progress Control Panel application or downloading an offline installer through your downloads page.
Usually, such connectivity issues are caused by one of our services being blocked by a firewall, antivirus or a company policy. Below is a list of the services the package needs:
If this is not the case we would need additional information to troubleshoot the issue.
Telerik FiddlerCap is very useful for that purpose. Here is how to generate the log:
1. Download and install Telerik FiddlerCap. 2. Launch Telerik FiddlerCap 3. Make sure Decrypt HTTPS traffic is selected 4. Click on Start Capture 5. Launch the installation package 6. Reproduce the problem 7. Click on Stop Capture 8. Save the session and send us the log (the SAZ file).
Please get back to us in case you need further assistance.
